They came in July 2011 to cut my tree's. They had a HUGE truck and the driver usually is in the office working however since they are short of arborist he told me that he was asked to help out. There was someone from Arborcare guiding him to back up the HUGE truck and chipper in my driveway, however he was having lots of problems, after several tries that he backed up back/forth he hit my eavestrough/garage. Probably not use to driving HUGE truck anymore. They refuse to take ownership for the damage. This is not something major however, they still did damage and should take ownership. I'm not writing this up just for me but for all other's that have had this happen to them by Arborcare in Calgary, ANB Canada, and Arborcare has not taken responsibility for damages and folks have decided not to pursue this because of the work that it takes to try fight a company. Can be very draining. If Arborcare has done this to alot of folks then this adds up and Arborcare continues to get away this. In the big picture they probably are getting away with alot. I'm a little person and they are a fairly big company and keep on making money and don't care abt taking ownership and about the regular person. It's all about greed which is unfortunate.
