Two Men with Big Hearts Moving Company
Refuses to pay for damages

On a Friday evening I was driving in the center lane when a Two Men with Big Hearts Moving truck decided to turn on to the street I was driving on. First he overturned into my lane where I then had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting him. I waited until he was fully into his lane before proceeding. Just as I was going to pass him he sideswipes the rear driver's side of my car. I pull over to the side to exchange particulars meanwhile waiting for him to pull over and get out of the truck. After waiting for a couple of minutes before this Hillbilly gets out of the truck to speak with me, I was even more irritated at this point. He approaches me and starts apologizing with a smirk on his face. As I am writing down his info he then starts commenting on what pretty lady I am like I was born yesterday. He then tells me he does bodywork. So I respond in turn that first you hit me and now you want to make money off of me, what a lowlife. It has now been three weeks since he hit me and he still has not called in to make a claim. Numerous letters from the insurance company has been sent out to his residence, his employer and the leasing company of the truck all with no response. He was totally at fault. It just shows you that there are unproffesionals running the company and could not care less about their image. I did learn that the day after he hit me with the truck that the same driver with the same truck went all the way to B.C. The lowlife driver did not inform his boss that he had hit someone but just decided to go half way across the country to move someone's valuables with a damaged truck. In the end I just have to have patience for he will have to pay more than originally and they will have a lawsuit from the insurance company to boot.
