The worst decision I made this year was hiring Arcane to cut my lawn. Instead of paying for peace of mind, knowing that my lawn would be taken care of by Arcane, I instead spent a summer with an unkempt lawn, never knowing when or if they'd show up. Arcane is unresponsive, uncommunicative, make promises they don't keep, do a sloppy job when they do show up, and have no concept of customer service. Save yourself a lot of grief, and hire somebody--ANYBODY--but Arcane. They do show removal and asphalt repairs as well. Check online and the BBB to see how many unhappy customers Arcane has left in its wake. I can't get my money back, but I'd like to save others the hassle and expense of hiring Arcane who have proven time and time and time again that they just don't give a crap.
