They promise that within 6 hours of 5 cm of snow, they will dispatch trucks. This has never happened. They at minimum have taken from 12 hours up to 2 days after the snow event, and only after 3-4 phone calls. Almost never answer the phone and voice mail is always full. If are considering, please look elsewhere, very poor manners & service.
