We, like others, experienced a deceptive salesman. However, the twist is we had contacted Capital Snow Plow services as in previous years. The salesperson (a man named "Lyn") directed us to Arcane Services implying a professional association. The result was we received an aeration and four lawn cuts for $931. Subsequent phone calls and e-mails were not returned throughout the summer when the grass needed attention. We then called Capital who agreed to do one final lawn clearn-up which suggests some culpability - at the very least for employing and allowing this sales process. We strongly suggest not doing business with Arcane and questioning Capital thoroughly if you are presented with this "bait and switch".
