Lawn weeds spray / removal

Mr. Dan visited my property and offered services for weed spray, weeds removal, lawn seeding and other services. We agreed an amount of $650 to pay for the work. Work was completed and full amount is paid but my lawn and drive way weeds are same or even worst. No one from the company takes the phone, only recorded message. Multiple time message is left but no use.
