Collective POS is after your money. I have had problems since the first day I signed on the dotted line. I asked to have the fees taken after the full amounts were deposited at the end of the month as all other providers do. They said they would and never did. As well as the charge for taking debits on a cellular machine. The charge was to be deposited in my account and they kept that as well. Finally all my credit card deposits have been held now for over 12 days and no one from collective can tell me what happened and when I will be getting my funds deposited over $11, 000.00. For anyone looking to go to collective, DONT THEY ARE THIEVES AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO BE ABLE TO TRACE IF THEY HAVE DEPOSITED ALL YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU STATEMENTS THAT DO NOT MATCH WHAT IS IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS, THEN GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. BEWARE!!! I have to spend money on a lawyer now. Avoid these problems and pay a few percent more and go elsewhere!!!
