Purchased a supposed inexpensive plan for my son. Very shortly after activation, the phone would not accept incoming calls. You could not answer it without it shutting down. After a few feeble attempts to rectify it, I advised them that since I had experienced nothing but problems, I wanted out of the contract. After several (and I mean several) hours of speaking to the useless customer service reps, they finally put me through to Client Solutions. I spoke to "Angel" (ya right) Emp # EX81109 and explained the whole story. She tried to tell me that I would have to pay the $300 cancellation fee. I explained to her that I was not the one who broke the contract. They did by not providing me with the service I had been paying for. She eventually agreed, told me they would waive the fee and mail out a cheque for the credit balance. Well, wasn't it a surprise to me that I just now, 2 months later, get a bill for $319.00. When I called, of course they have no record of her saying that to me. I have everything documented and dated. Any one have any suggestions who I can complain to about this? I would rather pay a lawyer than give them one more cent!!!
