Having fallen for the story a number of weeks ago that Arcane's services would improve and thanking me for my patience, Arcane's services have gone from poor to nil. We have left numerous telephone messages but not one call has been returned. Having paid for grass cutting, fertilizing and snow blowing to boot we realize we have been suckered into this situation by a salesman who assured us that this was a young guy starting out on his own and he would do a wonderful job. It is interesting that the salesperson who gave me his number is also not answering his phone. It seems there are always people out there who work harder at being deceitful than being responsible people operating an ethical business.
