My sons gave me the black n decker deep fryer for my birthday in feb. On its 4th usr the handle and basket seperated. I took it to CTC on greenbank road in nepean where I live. You would think I came from another planet, not their claim from black n decker for help. So I did got a nice email saying they would send a new handle and basket asap it is now a few days from august no results. I checked at CTC customer service counter or what they pass as customer service told them the story they said again not their problem. In case you followup my old adress was 8 Stradwick Ave nepean K2J2X4 I have since moved to a condo. Any help would be appreciated
