What a nightmare - ordered a gift basket for a sick friend, website misleading makes it appear that this companyhas an office in Edmonton... it doesn't. I was promised the basket would be delivered that day as I had ordered early in the morning - nothing that day, or the next or the next. When I called THEM they claimed it was a problem with delivery company and it was in transit - finally after FIVE days I order another basket (Applegates in Edmonton - fabulous company) Asked bloomes to cancel order and they said they couldn't - it was 'in transit' and would be delivered that day, big surprise it didn't arrive. TODAY they send me an update to say the basket was delivered - thanks for my business! Unbelievable, as of course the basket never did arrive3 at my sick friends room... I'm in the process of contacting the better business bureau to try and get my money back... NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY... which seems to be made up of telephone operators and computer generated customer service emails.
