The customer service agent on the phone who took my order was so helpful, she took all the details of my order, and repeated it back to me.
I have ordered many times from Bloomex, this was my first time using their services in Calgary. I ordered a large gift basket for business associates opening a new location. The basket was a giant hit. I got complimenting emails all day from the staff thanking me for the generous basket. I wanted to make sure that the basket was big enough for everyone, and sure enough the agent on the phone helped me pick just the right one, and it only cost $99!! I was really amazed at the level of service, and the delivery time was right on cue.
