I just wanted to warn people about BloomEx flowers. They advertise an item on their website and then deliver a different product.
We had ordered a basket for a sick friend, it was around $45.00, and the one delivered was nothing like it. I wouldn't even say it was worth $10.00
We kept emailing and calling them, and just kept getting the run around. We reported them to the BBB and called the Business Minister of BC. Finally after posting a group of Facebook we got taken seriously and had the proper basket sent. (This was many weeks later)
This is not the case for many other people though. BloomEx's plan is to give you the run around until you just give up, which most people do.
After creating the group on Facebook, many people joined and we found out that Bloomex has done the bait and switch a lot. For Baskets, Flowers, and even balloons. People have ordered flowers from them and had them delivered dead! They refuse to give refunds, and don't respond to emails or phone calls. They will keep telling you there are no managers to speak to.
I want to bring awareness to people about this company, because they keep doing it over and over again. In my opinion they are making money by not delivering what they advertise, and should be shut down for it!!
