As a client at Salon Pop you will never be able to get a hold of anyone because the staff hardly pick up the phone, and when they do, you may put on hold for elongated amount of time. The receptionists are inattentive, and lack any vision or application of customer care. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to book an appointment, as the stylists are always busy and booked up months and months in advanced. The services are extremely overpriced. And while you are there, you may go through a dozen stylists, as the salon seems like it has a revolving door, in which case you become a hot potato and you are passed around to whomever they can fit you with.
