On Cathway Pacific flight number 826, dated Jan 24, 2012, from Hong Kong to Toronto my wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with the way our baggage was handled by Cathway Pacific. When it arrived in Toronto the luggage was soaked through with water. As a result many items were lost due to the damage caused by the leaching of colours in the different fabrics. I have searched numerous web sites belonging to Cathway Pacific to register my complaint directly with them but it seems they do not have an accessible customer relations complaint department. Any suggestions?
