About one week ago I phoned maffeo salon and made an appointment for my cousin and I to get our hair dyed and streaked. We arrived at our appointment and I was made to wait (one whole hour) because they decided to fit someone else in before me (without an appointment) My cousin decided she didn't want streaks only a haircut but she was told because she had booked for streaks she had to get them thats $110. instead of $40. Huge differance. Then when the girl finally came to do my hair I told her I didn't want any blond in my hair so what does she do put, two huge weird streaks near the front of my hair in this ugly yellow blond that totally clashed with the copper I wanted my hair done in. She refused to fix it and said that this is what I had wanted, she was rude and did a terrible job on my hair both the cut and the dye. They knew I was on a tight schedule because I was coming from out of town. But I was there from 10:30 to 1:30 and I had to help straighten my OWN HAIR because she was going so slow. Never Ever Go To This Salon!!! The worst experience I have ever had and it cost me $140.00 plus 3 hours of my time. They were rude and slow and my hair did not turn out anyway close to the way I wanted now I will have to get my hair redone at a better salon.
WARNING: Avoid Maffeo Salon if you dont want bad service, terrible hair cut etc.
