Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a hair cut on Jan 21, 2009 at New Wave Hair Design in Mississauga ON. I have chosen a hair style with was posted on the wall in the salon. I asked the hair dresser if he could do the same as shown in the poster, he answered me yes and he will do it nice for me. During the hair cut, I asked him why my hair look shorter than in the poster is. He answered me that my hair is not shorter than in the poster. I spend 3 hours to get a haircut. But at the end my hair looked much shorter than in the poster. My hair had a totally different Structure than what I wanted. He told me I was just making excuses and do not pay the service fee. His words were disrespectful and unprofessional. He insulted me with the fact I didn't want to pay so I said I didn't like my hair cut.

At the end I paid the full amount and very upset with my hair cut.
