Okay, so now I see that I am not the only one who has had a problem with this salon. I had a hairstylist see me and all I wanted was dark base and blonde highlights, my hair was colourd before and I had told the stylist that if it wasn't possible for my highlights to be as blonde as I wanted them to be that it would be okay if we instead did a caramel or something of a darker shade that would still show contrast between the two colors, the stylist agreed.
After taking the foils out, which I was under the dryer for 40 minutes, which seems a bit too long, "stylist" insisted that my hair was fine, and was going to make it blonde. "stylist" then took me out of the dryer and had my hair washed and then put a toner or something on it. My hair looked fine until it was dried... where all the blonde highlights where, my hair was falling off onto the "Stylist" brush, and said that it was normal and then that we would have to cut a little bit off... remind you I didnt come to the salon for a hair cut... I started to get fustrated and irratated my hair was disgusting... and dry afterwards... my hair is about a little longer than shoulder length, and my highlights look like they got chopped off half way because the stylist fried my hair. This was also suppose to be a master stylist, but I found out shortly from a girlfriend who goes there, that they were only a junior stylist.
