Do not use this service!!!
I made an order two days in advance of Valentine's Day for a dozen flowers to be delivered locally.
My visa was charged immediately.
The flowers never came.
The confirmation I received by email was not very detailed. I tried calling the contact numbers for 2 days!!! and kept getting messages that they were not available. I emailed them three times. They never replied.
Finally I reached someone by phone who said that all deliveries had been made and that she would look into it and call me back with an explanation. She never did.
Two days later I called again and the rudest man answered and started rambling off scores of ridiculous reasons about why the order didn't happen and told me that my order specified Feb. 16th -- a Saturday, and two days after Valentine's Day. Lies and contradicting what the other associate said about all deliveries being made. He made it seem like MY fault. I could have cried. He was so awful.
He wouldn't refund my money (and they weren't cheap) and then told me he'd re-attempt delivery but did not.
I was so upset I could have cried. I've never felt so violated.
I am disputing with VISA but have to wait 30 days and I'm wondering if the rude owner's lies are going to make it impossible to get my money back.
