Fruit Basket was ordered for delivery on September 1st. Was not delivered on time - rather it sat on a truck for two days and was then delivered, but was rotten, fermented and covered with fruit flies. As an "apology" a complimentary planter basket was to be delivered on Friday, September 3rd. IT was delivered, but delivered late. A new fruit basket was to be delivered by Wednesday, September 8th, but still had not been delivered by the time this complaint was written. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and Bloomex would not give me a refund because I accepted a complimentary planter basket. I will never deal with this company again. I also felt the managers that were calling me were rude and offensive. If anybody ever needs anything perishable delivered in a timely fashion - DON'T go through Bloomex! Oh - by the way - the rotten fruit basket was delivered to a family who had just lost a loved one - nice huh?
