Hi i am rohith babu, i have send a dhl courier to canada from india on 10/01/2014.the item is with them from last 14th and handed over for delivery on 16th but after that no tracking updates have been made yet, then i contacted indian dhl customer care they told me that item is delivered by 17th, after that i called canada dhl they told me item is not yet delivered, what the heck they r doing with my courier i dont know and i dont know y they r giving different information about my item from both countries, i need it to be delivered by today they r saying they r the fastest courier that was the reason i chose them but now they r acting like they r irresponsible, they dont understand the importance of their customers my tracking id is 3100838134.if u can help me now that will be a great help for me.my email id [Email Removed]
