Non-stop empty promises & lies from Toluna

I never received my last rightful redeemed petty survey incentive from Toluna Influencer from April 8/25. And soon after, my account was terminated by Toluna with no detailed infomation provided as I kept requesting.

Toluna robbed my $50 worth of earned survey points as a result on top of insulting me as a legitimate & honest member & wasting lots of my valuable time contacting Toluna's often robotic & often quite incompetent customer support team.

The following is an example of Toluna' s lies & playing with their empty promises:

May 27/25 email reply from Toluna

''Please note that your account has been reactivated.

As for your reward request, I have forwarded this to the concerned team and they will cancel your order and recredit the points to your account balance, so that you may place a new order.

May 26/25 my email respond to Toluna:

''I trust that it has been long enough for your already over a month long investigation & it is very unfair for Toluna still denying me access to my earned & redeemed reward as of April 8, 2025

I request to communicate with your supervisor concerning what was the reason for my account suspension & giftcard access denial since a month ago. Thank you''
