I received the following totally rubbish, 100% pretentious, standard template reply from Tolona regarding my post at Trustpilot( & also with this site) dated July 26, 2025. For months, I have been pledging to, reasoning with & complaining to Toluna with no result.
I am not a technical person, yet incidentlly, I have to type up these comments you are reading now 3 times because my computer has 2 out of the blue crashes before I could finish, submit & make a copy for myself. I can only logically assume that somehow Toluna has secretly attached some form of hidden digital bugs/viruses to their senseless rubbish reply to me. Consequently, opening this contaminated Toluna reply got my computer crashed twice!!
