No service keep sending bill

Hi

this is on going problem with this nov 18th i came back to holidays my phone was not working i call the vois phone they never fix the told me there is sum amount bill payment some one call me after that next month was amount $200 then i pay $125 because i pay them $75 cash for the modem after that was no any deal with them but they still calling me ask for other $125 balance to day some one call me after four months again.

can some one take care for me please
