Stole my money, and never sent my item Vancouver, BC

After more than 15 weeks of trying to communicate and reason with the person (s) running Kush.ca, I have decided to create a ROR.

I ordered an item off of their website in October 2008, hoping to have it delivered to me by December at the latest.

Before I ordered the item off of their website, I had a couple of questions about shipping and delivery dates. They responded to my emails in a prompt and polite manor. After being reassured that my order would be delivered in less than 2 weeks, I decided to pay for my item, which cost me $120.

When the 6 week mark rolled around, and I had not received my package, I figured that they had made a shipping error... which at the time didn't concern me much. I sent them a polite email asking for tracking info, to which I received no response. I re-sent the message about a week later... and again, did not get a reply.

I started to get the feeling that I was being scammed. I decided to send them an email informing them that if I did not hear from them soon, I would have to assume that they were ripping me off. I told them that I would contact PayPal, and the BBB in order to get my money back.

I had a friend send them a message pretending to be an interested customer (not wanting to cause them grief if they truly were away somewhere), and he received a reply almost instantly. We used his email to ask why they had been ignoring me, and the response was surprising to say the least.

In the email he sent back, he said things such as:

"He makes unfounded complaints and was not civil" - I politely told him that I had not gotten my package in the mail. I said "please" and "thank you" when asking for tracking info.

"He can complain all he wants i dont care. telling me he is going to rat out to various companies before the mailing time stated on the site is not the way to go" - I assume this is referring to the email I sent after 7 weeks of waiting, stating that I would be forced to contact PayPal and the BBB if he would not even reply to my emails.

"it was fun f**king with him and i hope he gets the point. I plan on shipping his s**t personally" - He contacted me by email asking for my shipping information again. After I sent it to him I got no reply.

It has been another long wait, and I still have not received anything. I sent him numerous emails being as polite as possible.
(Hey, I was wondering if my order had been sent yet? If it has, can you send me the tracking number?

I would NOT suggest ordering from this website to anybody.
