I ordered a dvd boxset of "Freddy's Nightmares" for a birthday present on June 15 and began attempting to contact them July 3rd, I had to send numerous emails before they finally responded with a "form letter" response about how it was customs fault and the 4th of july holiday but that i would be receiving it in about 4 days... 5 days went by and i began attempting to contact them again and once again after sending an email a day after 4 days i received an email from then and it was the exact same email i received from them the week before, WORD FOR WORD!!! I then responded with concerns that it was a birthday present and that this was the same email they sent last time and that i wanted something done about it. After 5 days and 5 emails to them i received an email from them and it was again the exact same "form letter" email that i had received the last 2 times!!
I then sent them an email outining my concerns that i felt like i was being ignored since they were not answering any of my questions, they were sending the same email message andthey were not responding for up to 5 days. i received no response for 2 weeks and i was ending them an email everyday with no response from any of them. so i then tried to contact Canada Post to see if they could help me since i had the tracking number that i was provided after i placed the order and they would not help because i was not the originating shipper. I then continued trying to contact tvboxset.com and after i finally started to threaten turning them in to proper authorities they sent me an email answering none of my questions and breifly stating they would turn this over to Canada Post and they would contact me, it has been over a week and nobody has contacted me from Canada Post so i sent them an email and they responded that no claim has been filed with them about this shipment and they could not help me because i was not the originating shipper and to no surprise the 8 emails i have sent tvboxset.com have gone unanswered!!! I ihave been ripped off for over $100.00 from
TV BOXSET.COM!! thier website displays they have employees standing by around the clock to answer emails, ha thats a joke and today when i tried to get on the website it is not functioning now!!
