I am seeing a pattern here. I too ordered my set of DVD's in the middle of July and was promised delivery around the 4th of August. I emailed the site when I did not receive confirmation and reeceived an apology but the bulk email server was down. I later received and email confirming shipment with the Canada Post. Items were to be shipped from Napierville QC ca. just north of Saratoga NY.
The Canada Post had only received electronic notification and not a physical item. Now I can no longer access the site.
