Warranty problem not fixed

I got my Lenovo Y560 repaired under warranty in December. My warranty ran out in January and since then I have had the same problem which was supposed to be fixed except it keeps escalating. My computer constantly freezes and goes into crash dump memory. I was advised that this is a mother board problem and am hoping to find out why this was not replaced or properly fixed?
