Need to hire more people

All companies that I have come in contact with need to stop trying to get away with so much with so little. It has become so noticeable in every store, restaurant, utilities company and manufacturing facility that I have come across in the past few months. Massive amounts of training and hiring of staff are desperately needed. To employers: wake up and smell the coffee: if someone tries to impress you at a board meeting, with how much they can do with so little, they are hurting you and your company and not helping at all!!! So noticeable it is sickening...
