Guelph hydro puts embarassing notices on the front doors of homes when payment is 2 weeks late. They put a note on my front door, the same day they received my payment. So I got a note even when they were paid. I think its a terrible collection procedure. Other towns should be aware of this practice. If you want to live in guelph don't pay you're bill 2 weeks late or all of you're neighbours, will know you paid you're hydro bill 2 weeks late.
