This woman was doing our conveyance and the buyer, who was the most ridiculous, unhinged individual you could ever have the misfortune to come across, wanted her arse wiping. Spoilt brat she was. And whilst I understand a contract is a contract, Jessica Sturgeon withheld some of OUR money without any mention of it and decided to perform an action (that yes had to be done because we had an equally crap realtor - Christopher Vincent, Royal Le Page, Canmore) but how discourteous to not only withhold funds and not to mention it, but then spend some of it without any mention whatsoever!!! I would never use this lawyer again or this realtor. They are as bad as each other. Not conveying information and misrepresenting us their client. Money for nothing in my opinion. From ther crooked timbers of humanity, nothing straight was ever made and these two come out of the same rotting woodpile for sure.
