Express Pardons
Incompetent or scam?

Stay away from this company as they are 100% a scam. They are very accessible while they are wooing you for your money, however once they have your cash thats where it all ends. pardonhelpdesk.ca is a just a call center filled with rude and obnoxious teenagers. When you ask to speak to management they transfer to each others voicemail and then delete the voicemail. I have called these guys at least 10 times spent hours on hold and can never get past the no mind cs reps simply because its a call center in my opinion that propbably operates nowhere near any express pardons office. I paid for the service. They took my money very quickly and have done nothing in return for it. I paid them in Sept 2010. 14 months later they send me a stack of documents that they said needed to be filled out in order to move forward with my pardon application. 14MONTHS later!!! My application should have been in the hands of the parole board 6 months before this. Why were these not sent with all the original docs to fill out? The answer I got from RUDE Jen at the 800 number was that Parole Canada just made them mandatory!! What kind of bull#! *$ is that..so I called Parole Board... they said the docs were a requirement for the last 5 YEARS! In the same stack they said they made an application to the Toronto Police Services for a criminal record check and wanted more money for this. Seeing how my address on the initial
application was Toronto you would think that Toronto Police Services would have been the 1st they sent requests to! Now 20 months later I get another letter in the mail from these jokers saying they made a request to the South Simcoe Police Services! The reason you may ask? Because I now live in thier jurisdiction. Even though I have lived here for 1 year, and I called them 1 week after moving to the new town and notified them of the address change they figure its acceptable to wait 1 year to do this. So in short..STAY AWAY Client ID # 205134
