Express Pardons
Rip Off Artists

Stay away from these incompetent boobs and scam artists!!!

Let me start by saying the whole industry is a scam and all these applications can be done by yourself.

The only reason i went with them is because of the sales pitch. They imply that they have inside knowledge and contacts that get the application process expedited and completed a lot quicker they you can by yourself. I paid $610 for what they said was an "express service package" in Oct. 2010. Dillon (the guy that took my money) said this fee was ALL I would ever have to pay and to sit back and relax until I got a letter from the parole board saying my pardon was complete. 20 months after they took my money and said that the express package plan would have my pardon application completed in and submitted in 4-6 months I get a letter from them saying I had to get a records check from my local police service and pay for it myself to complete the application process. 20 months later!!! I tried calling to see what this was all about as it wasn’t what was said when they were suckering me for my money, however you can never get past the customer service reps and when you ask to speak with their manager all you get is a voicemail box to leave a message, which NEVER gets returned. I left at least 10 messages for Jenifer the so called Operations Manager and the only reason she even called me is because of the complaint I made to the BBB. She lied through her teeth to me! When ask why the service I was getting wasn’t the service i was sold all she could keep saying over and over is that they cant do anything about the time it takes to do record checks with various police service boards and sometimes it takes 12 months or more to get the records check back. Little did she know, before I talked to her, I had contacted all the police services involved and all said via mail 99% are completed with 21 business days of receiving the properly completed forms. 22 months after I paid, I get a package in the mail saying my application was complete and please submit to Parole Canada with a $612 filing fee!!! Some express service! My application should have been in parole Canada’s inbox 1 year before the fee increase from $150 to $612 in Feb 2012. Now what should have cost me $610 is going to cost me $1222. What they promised should only take 12-16 months is now going to take over 3 years! They have had their BBB membership revoked and have 32 complaints against them... Any wonder why?
