In 2007 we had Avenue Road Roofing replace our entire roof for $10, 000 with a 10 year transferable warranty. In 2008 we had them return because water was accumulating under the membrane. In 2009 we had them back again for the same reason. For some reason we skipped 2010 but in 2011 we are back at it again with only 6 years of the warranty remaining. It has been nearly impossible to get someone who is reliable to show up for an app't, call to cancel the app't, never mind to actually repair the roof. I forgot to mention that the problem we have been experiencing for the past several years was caused by Avenue Road Roofing. At this point I think it's best to escalate the matter to our lawyer! There does not seem to be anyone that works at Avenue Road Roofing with any authority & good luck trying to get past the secretaries-they just transfer your call to anyone's cell phone & guess what no one answers those phones either! I was was told last week by Fergus (company employee) when he arrived to inspect the roof, the product that Avenue Road Roofing used several years ago to do the repair was defective! But he has not shown up for the 3 app't that he booked.
