I am any unhappy customer of caliber homes in woodbridge.they never finish in time, poor workman ship, on sided contract, we are disappointed due to there poor customer service .the pdi done without cleaning the house, 1.3 million was the price deal was closed but with temp sink, no granite top, place with dirt and smell, we had no choice with out closing because there agreement is one sided. you ask any home owner they will tell the story. caliber already to sell the next in place in kleingbrug ontario
