I was sub contracted to install siding for a house by essex costum homes, the siding was not at the site for a month after i started the renovation, i had to postpond two other jobs due to the fact that the owner of the company would keep saying it will show up the next day, after the siding had showed up it ended up being short and missing jays and other details, as if he had never done any siding contracts before.
the home owners were very upset at the way he was dealing with them, half the time they could not reach him, they informed me. he rushed me to finish the job after i had waited for a month to get the parts at which time he did not answer hiw phone and over an email he said that the site was dirty and charged me 38 dollors an hour to clean it for a total of 1800 and did not pay me.i have no choice but to put a lean on the house i did the work on.
