I had filled a complaint back at the end of August
About my daughters luggage getting lost for 4 days
While we were on Vacation. We had to buy her new
Clothes for those 4 days along with Shoes. I could kick
Myself for not keeping the receipts but was told on the
Phone by customer service that the complaint Dept.
Would give a travel voucher instead. I was told that they
Would contact me within the next few days. Being almost
The end of September and still nothing after me calling and
Complaining about me not getting a phone call. On our flight
A 6 hour flight, we were told that they don't have movies on
Domestic Flights only international. WE PAYED $85.00 DOLLARS
FOR OUR LUGGAGE, $4100.00 FOR OUR FLIGHTS! AND US. AIRWAYS CAN'T RETURN A PHONE CALL AN ISSUE ME A TRAVEL
VOUCHER FOR LOOSING MY DAUGHTERS LUGGAGE FOR 4 DAYS??!! LET ALINE PLAY A FREAKIN MOVIE ON A 6 HOUR FLIGHT??!! We flew DELTA the last time and didn't have a good
Experience. We make this same trip at least 2 times a year. I WILL
NEVER FLY WITH US AIRWAYS EVER! Bad customer service! I hear good things about Jetblue and we haven't tried Southwest. So looks like
We are taking our money elsewhere. I also went as far as telling everyone I know about our experience. Word of mouth will hurt this airline so maybe changes will be made!
