Double visa charges

Ordered merchandise and paid for it in april. seven months later same $500. charge appeared on visa. fighting over 6 weeks to have charge reversed. still no credit at this time. their phone numbers do not work, and they did not supply any justification for the debit untill reported as fraud to visa and opp. Instead of contacting me, they just took my money.
