No return Policy on Smart Watches
This Black Friday Nov 29, 2019 a bought a Smartwatch from the Visions store in St. Albert, AB. I opened the package read the instruction manual and determined that what I really wanted should have been a Fitness Tracker. I returned the same day to try for an exchange. I was told by the sales staff (Mariana B) that being Black Friday no returns were allowed to come back after Dec 1 which I did. At the counter I was told by the cashier (Liliet G ) that that the Smart watch could not be returned. One of the Desk Managers even accused me of charging the unit and then proceeded to tell me that due to Visions’ Hygiene policy this item was now considered contaminated and not returnable. It’s very apparent that Visions’ 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is worthless. I wished the overzealous sales commissioned staff would have warned me about Visions’ no return policy on such items before I made that purchase. Going forward I can 100% guarantee that Visions Canada will lose a lot more than $20 (cost of this item) of my custom.
