On 8/6/2007 I ordered a DVD box set online. I received an email stating the order would be shipped on 22-25 August. On September 12th I sent an email stating I did not receive my order.
"The company replied sorry for the delay I will contact our shipping dept and you will hear back from us in a few days."
I have not heard back. I have sent another email and left several messages at their 1-800 number.
It appears they took my money and ran.
