Don't get ripped off by "tvboxset.com" like I did! I wish I would have done my homework before I ordered from this site!
Back in late July of this year I ordered "The Blacksheep Squadron" dvd box set from this site at a cost of $64.98 total. The site looks very legit and I felt comfortable placing the order... Like I said, I didn't do my homework first, which was a big mistake!
The cost was charged to my credit card very quickly after I placed the order and a confirmation email was sent to me stating that the order was on the way. After waiting for three weeks I still hadn't received my order, so I sent the site an email asking for a status on my order. As you might guess... they didn't responded to my email.
There's a phone number to contact them on their site but of course nobody answers the phone and the call just goes to a voice mail that... yep you guessed it, nobody returns messages from. I'm visioning an empty room with one phone, on a bare desk!
By September 1st, I had left three phone messages and three emails with NO RESPONSE at all and I never did receive my order! I disputed the charge with my credit card company and am currently trying to get my money back.
If I would have done my homework on this site first, I would never had done business with them since there are so many stories about this site that ended just like mine. BEWARE OF (TVBOXSET.COM) DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
