Pricing/description is confusing and customer service blames the victim. I thought I was ordering 10 vials of insulin for $179 and received only one vial then they tell me that is what I ordered and they don't return/refund "cold pack" items. Nowhere on their order form does it identify the item I ordered as a non-refundable "cold pack" item. They route through Virginia from Canada so I don't even know where to return it to and they are not helpful. They blame the victim. Customer service is awful.
