Unfair business pratice, broken promises

I've purchased a monitor through Future Shop website, and then found a cheaper price on another store, so I called in the customer service line to price match it, the CSR confirmed the price match and then the item was shipped out. Two weeks later I've received an email saying that they will not honor the price match, they are going back on their words, such ann unfair business practice and awful customer service. After agreeing with the price and item shipped out they are going back on their words, such dirty way of doing business. I've sent the head office a complain letter and still haven't heard from them in a week, I know they have received it because I've sent them a register mail. Future shop has the worst business practice I will share my horrific experience via social media, please boycott them
