I bought my couch and love seat from leons. of course there nice to u when u are there and gaurentee u all this great stuff. so my furniture arrives at my place. the movers get mud on my floor and blood on my wall for starter. then i find the couch damaged and arm of sofa broken. so they leave me with it and tell me they will send a new one. so about three weeks later the guys come with the new one and before they get it of the truck they tell me it has a huge rip in the side and they have to take it back. so i call to complain after i have wasted my day waiting for them. the lady on the line trasnfers me to three dif people. when finally the wearhouse mananger tells me there was two small burn holes in the couch and i said i thought it was ripped on the side. so she tells me they will send a new couch and give me a half hour before it comes so i dont have to wait all day. i also asked it be magic sealed before it gets to my house. she said not a prob. so that day comes and they call i waited four hours till they arrived. finally i have my couch... a week later i spill water on it and low and behold there is no magic seal on my couch because the water soaks right into the couch... so once again i have to phone and the lady was like oh that one was missed. we will contact u soon. its now another week and still no contact from them. so sagin i phone and complain. they forget about me on hold and then a rude manager says we will contact u tomorrow. so now we will see.
i will never go through leons again which is to bad cause i loved there stuff, but im sure many other places have nice stuff and no how to treat there customers.
