I was promised reimbursement for damaged luggage by Dutch airline KLM on May 20, 2012. They asked me for my banking information THREE times, as they lost it over and over. 5.5 months of empty promises (Nov 6, 2012), while every few weeks I get a standardized company apology copy-pasted from a KLM hotshot / department head / VP / non-social media person to finally get this issue resolved, [email protected]
