Taking prepaid cellular minutes from my virgin mobile. I did not give authorization

They are taking money from my prepaid virgin mobile that i have not authorized, and are sending me questions that i have to pay for. I didnt agree to this. I request that i get my money b ack, asap. I no longer want them sending me stupid questions that i have to pay for. I want them deleted from my phone and now. thank you.
