Using Virgin Mobile Canada services is total nightmare. Their customer service is not professional or friendly. There is no way to solve any problem with billing or payments. I have to pay for 1 800 services, high charges for 1 min duration of calls, which combines roaming and long distance calls from Florida to Toronto, Canada. I stopped using Virgin Mobile services in he middle of February, 2010. I asked them on many occasions to deactivate my account; nevertheless, they would continue charge me for the cell phone, even so I never have used it since then. Right now my account grew to $669.27, with no end to my ordeal. I have been asking them to discontinue their service charges or refinance my balance because of my financial situation to no avail.

THIS IS THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY. PLEASE AVOID THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
