Over charged and mistreated

I gave the clerk a $20 note and they gave me back change as though I had given them a $10 note. I disputed it to which 2 clerks then began rudely insulting me when I know I had given a $20 note. Not only did I walk away having paid $18 for a protein shake but feeling extremely mistreated!
