I went to this YVR airport location for a cup of hot chocolate and a chocolate dip donut. For the Donut, I asked the server that I need it in a box. While she was opening the box and preparing to keep my donut in there. Her Manager/supervisor interupted her and asked her why isn't she using the bag instead. He came to me and I said I need it in a box because when I go home all the chocolate from the donut is on the bag, I even said I am willing to pay him for the box. At that he asked for $1.99, just because he sells all his mini donuts in the box and he charges his customers $1.99 for that. I told him thats outrageous as at some locations they give it in a box (which makes sense). I was really disappointed by his services. Company should fire such kind of incompetent personals.
