My complaint is against nelson Financial group. I received a loan for 1000.00 Thay said I received more.
I had emailed these people numerous of times and finally with a girl in office, Anna. The amount owing she said was 326.00 which was paid. Approximetly 1 1/2yrs later I get a call from there collections department and they say I owe about 1200.00 I paid these people over 1600 for a 1000 loan. I also sent them a Registered letter and faxed them the details and the payment amounts as well. Yesterday I got a call from NCO collections department at my place of work. I need help with this as I was refused a credit card due to me being in arrears with a company I do not owe.
